1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of venture-a.com and the consulting, coaching and business development services offered by Venture A Pty. Ltd. (“Venture A”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or engaging our services you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an enquiry.

2. POPIA — Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013

Venture A processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), which gives effect to the constitutional right to privacy protected under section 14 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996. We act as the responsible party for the personal information you share with us.

• We only collect the personal information needed to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services, such as your name, email address, phone number and the message you send us.
• Personal information is processed lawfully and for a defined purpose. We do not sell your data and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing alexandrazoevarenzakis@gmail.com.
• We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law, after which it is securely destroyed or de-identified.
• Should you believe your personal information has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

3. Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008

Our services are provided in keeping with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA), which promotes a fair, accessible and sustainable marketplace for consumer products and services, built on the constitutional values of human dignity, equality and freedom.

• We provide services with due care and skill, and strive to ensure that any advice and deliverables are fit for the purpose discussed with you.
• Pricing for any engagement is quoted in writing and in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise agreed, with no hidden fees.
• You have the right to fair, honest and transparent dealing. We will not make misleading claims about the outcomes of our consulting or coaching engagements.
• Where applicable, you may cancel a service engagement as set out in the written agreement between us, in line with the CPA’s cooling-off and cancellation provisions.

4. The South African Constitution

Venture A respects the rights enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, including the right to privacy (section 14), the right to fair labour practices, and the right to equality and human dignity. Our POPIA and CPA compliance is grounded in these constitutional protections.

5. Website use & intellectual property

All content on venture-a.com, including text, imagery and the Venture A wordmark, is the property of Venture A Pty. Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may share links to our pages, but please do not reproduce content without permission. Blog posts reflect the views of the author and are not legal, financial or medical advice.
